Betty was born in Norfolk, Connecticut on May 15, 1753. She was the daughter of Titus Brown & Rachel Marshall. She married her cousin Daniel Burr in Norfolk on October 7, 1773. He was the son of Ebenezer Burr and Hepzibah Brown. Betty & Daniel had seven daughters and three sons while living the rest of their lives in Norfolk. Daniel died in 1808 and Betty died on February 20, 1832. They are both buried in Center Cemetery in Norfolk.
