Marian was born in Salina, Utah, on August 24, 1921, to James Norval and Carola Christensen Crane. She passed away on Friday, November 13, 1998, at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, Provo, Utah.
She married Everett Ainsworth, Dekalb, Illinois. The five children born to this union are: James (Judy) Ainsworth, Richfield, Utah; Roy (Carma) Ainsworth, Porterville, California; Dyana Dionne, Mira Loma, California; Mary (Garth) Jessen, West Bountiful, Utah; and Pauline (Val) Rasmussen, Pleasant Grove, Utah. Marian then married Leone Humphrey of Salina, Utah. The six children born of this union are: Catherine (Jerry) Standley, Richfield, Utah; David Humphrey, Kingman, Arizona; Irene (Allan) Roberts, Venice, Utah; Nellie (Steve) Christensen, South Jordan, Utah; Linda (Pat) Meherin, Canoga Park, California; and Karl (Debra) Humphrey, Axtell, Utah.
Marian is also survived by her husband, Loyd Hunt, of Richfield, Utah, and his children, Gordon Hunt, Bruce Hunt, and Marie Lee. She has 44 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents; sisters, Una Gay Diamond, Barbara Dotson and Virginia Crane; and step-son, Marlin Hunt.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 1998 at 11 a.m. in the Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary Chapel, 50 South 100 West, Richfield. Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
