Doris Welch, 87, of Toledo, died Thursday, February 15, 2001, in the Franciscan Care Center, Sylvania. Mrs. Welch was born October 21, 1913, in Holgate, OH. She moved to Toledo as a child and married Charles E. Welch in 1930. Doris was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, and a son, Edward I. Welch. Survivors include her daughters, Patricia A. (Bob) Schnipke of Ottawa Lake, MI, and Esther (Leonard) Tomanski of Sylvania; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
