She is Buried This Morning in Cherry Hill, Md., Near Her Birthplace.
The funeral of Mrs. Elizabeth Morrison was held this morning from her late residence, No 801 Brown street. Mrs. Morrison was one of the oldest women in the state, having been born in 1801. (sic)
She was a native of Cecil county, Md., and lived there for a number of years. She was married to David W. Morrison, and with him removed to Chester county, Pa., where she lived until last October, when she came to this city with her son Charles, with whom she has since lived.
Her husband died thirty years ago. She had five children of whom three still survive. She was a member of the Presbyterian church and has attended service there for twenty-five years. Her three surviving sons are David W. Morrison of Cecil county, Drs. N. B. and Charles E. Morrison of this city.
The body of Mrs. Morrison was taken to Cherry Hill this morning and services were held over it by Rev. Thomas B. Hunter of Cherry Hill, at 12 o'clock. Interment was made in the Methodist Episcopal Cemetery there."
