Peter Souliotis, beloved husband of Martha (Exarchos) Souliotis and father of Thomas P. Souliotis of Boston, and Athena (Souliotis) Babalas and her husband Charles Babalas of Brockton, loving grandfather of Emily Babalas of Boston, Diane Babalas and husband Greg Knollmeyer and adoring great-grandfather of Tessia Martha Knollmeyer of Ann Arbor, Michigan, some of whom were not born yet, went home to be with our Lord. He was the brother of Dr. Paul Souliotis and his wife, Grace; Anastasia Karcasinas and her husband, Stephen; and Anna (Souliotis) Kiritsy and her husband, Charles.
Peter was born in Delvino, Greece on January 7, 1906 to Thomas and Athena (Economou) Souliotis. Peter, his mother and his siblings emigrated to Worcester through Ellis Island in 1920 to join his father who had come to Worcester in 1911. He married his wife, who had emigrated from Athens, in 1947.
The funeral service was in St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell Street. Burial was in Hope Cemetery. Peter is sadly missed by his devoted family and dear friends.
