Mrs. Margaret Passmore
Margaret Passmore was born in
March 1, 1855 in the city of Phil.
The family moved to Hancock,
county, Ill., where she was united
in marriage to Henry G. Passmore
on January 28, 1872.
They moved to Republic county
in 1875 .where she lived until her
death on August 23, 1944. To this
union were born six children, all
of whom are living with the ex-
ception of two daughters, Grace
and. Sadia. Those living are, Mrs.
Mayme Jones, Kansas City', Mrs.
Myrtle McClure,Kansas,City,
Charles Passmore, Pocatello, Idaho
and Walter Passmore, Concordia,
six grandchildren, all of
whom are in the armed forces;
four granddaughters and a host of
other relatives and friends to cherish
her memory.
She was a kind and loving mother
and will be sadly missed by all.
Funeral services were conducted
by the Rev. C. J. Brown of St.
Edward's Catholic church of Belleville.
Interment was made in
Pleasant Hill cemetery ' in the
family lot near Belleville.
