Funeral services were held for Lutheree Flynt Hunter, 83, of Lucedale, January 13, 2002, at 2 p.m. from Agricola Baptist Church.
An avid gardener, she was a retired sales merchant at Agricola Mercantile and Lucedale Super 5 & 10. A native of Jones County and a member of Agricola Baptist Church, she died January 11 at Mobile Infirmary.
She is survived by her husband, Pete Hunter; two step children, Michael Hunter and Patti (Don) Smith, seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She is also survived by three sisters, Macie Hamilton, Alice Hamilton and Louise Shaffer.
Interment was held at Agricola Cemetery with Rev. Brice (Bryce) Evans officiating the services.
Pallbearers were Hardy Vise, Jimmy Vise, Keith Smith, Daniel Smith, Gregory Smith and John Hunter.
