BENJAMIN RAGGIO DIES HERE TODAY
NEVADA RESIDENT FOR 61 YEARS

A resident of Nevada since 1881, Benjamin Raggio died earlier today at his home on Maple street after a brief illness.

He was born in Genoa, Italy, seventy-seven years ago and came to the United States when a boy. For many years he operated a ranch northeast of Reno, but in recent years he had been retired.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Angelina Raggio, five children, William and Ben Raggio, Jr., of Reno, Mrs. Carmel Raffetto of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Mrs. Florence Novakovich of Saratoga, California, and Mrs. Edyth Buck of Modesto, California, and three grandchildren, Alexander Novakovich, William Raggio, Jr., and Lieut. John Raffetto. He was half-brother of Mrs. Katherine Avanzino of Reno.

I've linked him to his son, William. Also am looking for sourcing on his wife, Clara (Cardelli) Raggio's burial. I suspect it's with her husband, but if you come across, would you pass along to me?
Thank You!!
