Addie Morris Tilbury, 95, of Abilene, entered her heavenly home, Saturday, January 26, 2013. Graveside services are scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 28, 2013, at Tye Cemetery in Tye, Texas, with Reverend A.L. Teaff officiating.
Born in Rusk County, Texas, on March 17, 1917, the daughter of Eppy and Bettie Penny Morris, Addie lived in Taylor County, Texas, most of her life. She was fondly known to her family as "Midge." She married Lee Tilbury in 1970.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, six brothers, a sister, and several nieces and nephews.
Addie is survived by nephews, Darvin King and Jerry Morris; nieces, Earlene Teaff, and Evalena Edwards; as well as several great-nephews and great-nieces.
