Mrs. Dukeman who had been a seamstress, had been in ill health for five months. She lived in Decatur for 50 years, having moved here from Maroa.
She was born Feb. 1, 1891, the daughter of John and Mary Hanks Marlatt. She was a member of the First Methodist Church. Last year she married Chester Dukeman in Morton Grove. He survives her.
Other survivors are two brothers, Albert Marlatt of Maroa and John (suppose to be Lynn Marlatt) of New York (suppose to be New Hampshire).
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday in the J. J. Moran & Sons Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Maroa Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. tomorrow.
