Also surviving are two daughters, Donna (and Jerry) {Bartlett} of rural Frederick and Marcia (and Donnie) Gragg of rural Rushville; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother.
He was a lifelong Bainbridge Township farmer. He and his brother owned and operated E&E Sawmill for several years. He also served on the Schuyler County Board of Supervisors for many years and as Bainbridge Township supervisor. He was a former member of the Schuyler Coyote Hunters Association.
Services were entrusted to Worthington Funeral Home of Rushville, Illinois.
