The only soldier of Company F that this could be is Josiah Keiffer.

Alexandria National Cemetery verified that the soldier buried in Grave 752 was in Company F 120th. So this stone must be for that soldier in spite of the fact that they put USA on his stone rather than Ohio. Here are the National Archive records:

Burial Registers, Military Posts and National Cemeteries, 1862-1960: Jeremiah KELCHER/KELEHER, Private, Co F 120th OH Inf. Died 30 Sep 1864. Original burial: Pleasant Hill, LA. Grave number 752 at Alexandria National Cem, Pineville LA.
Second record: Jeremiah KELCHER, Pvt, Co F 120th OH Inf, died 30 Sept 1864, original burial at Pleasant Hill, LA. Alexandria National Cem., Section A 752.

Listed at Nationwide Gravesite Locator as Jere KELHER, Pvt Co F 120 OH, died 30 Sep 1864, Section A site 752.
[Note: the other soldier of the 120th who was originally buried in Pleasant Hill LA and then moved to Alexandria was Amos Kepner, also of this Company F. He died at Tyler, Texas [Camp Ford] in the rebel prison camp also on 30 Sept 1864. So I am wondering if this soldier Josiah/Joseph Keiffer might have been in that same prison camp. But I have no proof of that.]

National Cemetery Interment Control Forms, 1928-1962: Jeremiah KELCHER, Pvt Co F 120th OH Inf, Civil War. Died 30 Sep 1864. Alexandria National Cemetery Grave 752. Formerly buried at Pleasant Hill, LA.
