Death Comes Dec. 2 To Elsie Alexander
Final Rites Conducted At Methodist Church Saturday
Final rites were conducted fpr Elsie Alexander, 54, at Christ Memorial Methodist Church Saturday, Dec. 5, Rev. T.J. Fraser officiating. Burial was made m the Bloomfield Cemetery and Prescott Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
Miss Alexander passed away suddenly December 2nd of a heart condition.
Pallbearers were Neal Alexander, Curtis Alexander, Emil Hintz, Michael Algya Sr., Lloyd Kriz and Clark Stockings.
Obituary:
Elsie Alexander, who was born April 17, 1910, passed from this life early Wednesday morning, December 2, 1964. She had suffered a long illness since a childhood rheumatic fever condition which was accompanied with a leaky heart condition.
All her life she lived in Knox County. All but the last seven years were spent on a farm seven miles northwest of Bloomfield. During 1957 she moved with her parents to Bloomfield. She cared for them until her own demise.
Her father, George Alexander, passed away three years ago in May of 1962. She is survived by her mother, Julia; five brothers and sisters; Ralph of Omaha, Helen of Bell, Cailf., Harold of Wausa, Faie of Waukegan, Ill., and Dale of Bloomfield. Eleven nieces and newphews, also remain.
She had attended the age of 55 years, 7 months, 15 days.
