Funeral services for Oswaldo Salinas, 89, of Conroe will be held Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel. Interment will follow in Conroe Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. at Cashner Funeral Home. Mr. Salinas was born September 18, 1919 in Parr, Texas to Emilio Salinas and Lorenza Lopez Salinas and entered into rest on December 16, 2008 in Conroe, Texas. Oswaldo retired from the Air Force as a technical sergeant and proudly served our country for thirty years. His family, friends and nation will forever be grateful for his courageous bravery and dedication in serving and protecting our country. Oswaldo is survived by his sister, Alicia Salinas and Estella Flores; brother, Emilio Salinas; niece, Lucy Lugo. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Delores Salinas and nephew Gilbert Lemos. Numerous other nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
