Beloved daughter of William Floyd Blankenship (1861-1938) and Lydia Ann Steppe (1866-1853). Her father was first married to her mother's sister Nancy (1863-1887) Her siblings by her Aunt Nancy were Fredrick 1885 – 1958; and Elizabeth 1886 – 1948. Her siblings were Hezekiah 1888 – 1964; Benjamin H 1889 – 1947; Jesse Lee 1893 – 1953; and Andrew B. 1896 – 1967. She was married to James "Dallas" Blankenship (1892-1970) and their children were, Arthur BLANKENSHIP 1913 – 1971; Gertrude G BLANKENSHIP 1916 ;Alex BLANKENSHIP 1918 – 1918. Her family were farmers. She died after contracting influenza and developing Pneumonia. She was only 25 years old when she passed away.∼Florence Blankenship was the daughter of Will and Lydia Steppe Blankenship.
