Little Joseph was just 9 years old when he and his sister, Josephine and parents, Joseph and Julie were tortured and murdered by the BTK Killer. Two brothers, Danny and Charles and one sister, Carmen survived. Young Joseph is buried in the Puerto Rico National Cemetery along side his mother, father and sister.
