AGNES H. McALEXANDER, 71, of Memphis, retired food service director for Youth Villages, died of heart failure Wednesday at Shelby Pines Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, where she was a communicant, with burial in Memorial Park. Canale Funeral Directors has charge. Mrs. McAlexander leaves a daughter, Catherine L. Howard; three sons, Gary M. McAlexander, John J. McAlexander and Andrew D. McAlexander, all of Memphis, and four grandchildren.
