There is ALOT of misinformation out there on Adam Ham.

There is another, separate Adam Ham in Saline County, Missouri. Many ancestry family trees have merged these two families, but I have found no connection and no reason to believe Saline County Adam Ham and St Francois County Adam Ham are one and the same, they are two separate individuals.

=============================================
Moved to St Francois County MO from Sevier County TN. At least two wives, first one unknown, probably died in Tennessee. Second wife, Mary Wallace from St Francois County area.

Children likely by Wife #1:
Isaac L Ham married Emeline Woolsey with descendants
Elizabeth Ham married James S Duncan with possible descendants
Andrew J Ham married Nancy Brewen with descendants
Mary Ham married Moses Brewen with descendants
William Ham married Barbara Thrum
Catherine Ham
Cynthia Ham

Children likely by Mary Wallace:
Nancy J Ham married James K P White with descendants
James Edward Ham married Sarah Evelyn Bayless with descendants
Margaret Ham

Veteran of War of 1812

I "think" that Adam's stone may have been moved from it's original spot next to a cedar tree to where it lies now next to his son and daughter in law. The stone was standing at the time as well as the tree.
