Shira Anne White, 64, of Fruitland Park, died Wednesday, May 18, 2005. Mrs. White was born in Leesburg and was a lifelong resident, graduating from Leesburg High School, class of 1959. She was a member of New Life Presbyterian Church. Shira had been at Morrison United Methodist Day Care Center for several years. She had attended Central Florida Community College of Ocala. She had been an avid bowler, enjoyed crafts, playing cards, music and collecting Elvis memorabilia. Survivors include her husband, Charles W. "Wally" White of Fruitland Park; mother, Marjorie V. Hunt of Leesburg; sisters: Linda J. (Dennis) VanWaes of Leesburg and Debbie H. (Eddie) Fullbright of Weirsdale; several nieces and nephews. Interment will be at Lone Oak Cemetery, Leesburg.
