Known as Dillie, Mrs. McCormick was born April 8,, 1888, in Spring Meadow, the daughter of George and Catherine (Halterbaum) Price, and, in 1925, in Hollidaysburg, married Francis McCormick, who died in January 1959.
Surviving are a son, George W. Price of Hollidaysburg; two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson. A son, Francis McCormick, was killed during World War II, at the Battle of the Bulge in 1945.
Mrs. McCormick was a charter member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Hollidaysburg.
Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the Haller-Sorge Funeral Home. Hollidaysburg, and from 10-11 a.m. Monday in St. Johns's United Church of Christ. Services will be held at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Randy Luther. Interment in Carson Valley Cemetery.
