Survivors include one son, James Cox of Winnfield; three daughters, Bessie DuBois of Tyler, Ophelia Hooter of Humble, Texas, and Frances Primrose of Pearland, Texas; one brother, Henry Killen of Jonesboro; four sisters, Lula Moore and Demcie Mercer, both of Tullos, Ella Cupp of Winnfeld and Bessier Wisinger of Minden; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Services were held at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield with the Revs. Willie James and John Moore officiating. Burial was in Guin Cemetery on Tullos Highway.
