W. L. Fallwell, 63, died at his home in Del Valle at 2:15 this afternoon.

He is survived by his wife and five children, Elisha, Merrell and Laurence of Austin. Mrs. C. T. Hamby of Austin, Mrs. Max Schefer of San Antonio; four grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. E. B. Harris of Austin, Mrs. Ella Little of Dallas; two brothers, Elisha and Zelpoe Fallwell of Austin.

Funeral services will be held at Greenwood Cemetery near Del Valle with the Rev. G. H. P. Showalter and Luther Norman of the Christian church officiating.

Active pallbearers will be Pete Ross, Erie Gattie, Will Meredith, W. D. Ross, Perry Hamby and Walter Jones. Honarary pallbearers are George Begg, Horace Burleson, Clarence Burch, Arthur Williamson, Harvey Maddox, Fulton Jones and Judge George Matthews.

Mr. Fallwell was engaged in farming near Del Valle for 42 years, also being well known in Austin.
