MRS. BASIL P. CARTER
Mrs. Celia I. Carter, 79, of 1021 Jackson, lifetime resident, died Monday.
She was a member of First! Presbyterian Church, Daughters of American Revolution and 20th Century Club.
Survivors include three sons, Clayton and Noble, of Wichita, and Charles, La Jolla, Calif.; and a sister, Mrs. Ray Warren Sr., Derby.
Cochran Mortuary has charge.
