Mrs. Harrison (Fannie J.) Barnes, age 72, of Hartford died Thursday evening in a Knoxville hospital after a long illness.

She was a member of the Pigeon Valley Baptist Church.

She is survived by 4 daughters; Mrs. Wanda Dorsey of Aiken, SC.; Mrs. Bonnie Ramsey of HArtford, Mrs. Ernestine Cagle of Hartford and Mrs. Barbara Buchannan of Pigeon Forge, Tn.; 3 sons, Mr. W.C. Barnes of Hartford, Mr. Ed Barnes of Newport and Charles Barnes of Townsend, Tn.; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Sunday at the Pigeon Valley Baptist Church with the Rev. Cecil King officiating. Interment will be at Barnes cemetery. The family will recieve friends at the funeral home on Saturday afternoon and evening. Manes in charge.
