Her husband Edward Emerson preceded her in death fourteen years ago. They were early pioneers in this place, coming here from New York in 1855. She leaves four daughters; Mrs. Jno. Rice and Mrs. Jas. Fisher of Merrill; Mrs George Dambruch of Appleton; Mrs. Jno. Edwards of Junction City, Colo. Rev. Webster Miller officiated. Buried Cedar Lake cemetery.
