no marker - obituary - Died May 29,1907, the remains were brought here from Merrill. She died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jas.Fisher, aged 87 years. Her husband Edward Emerson preceded her in death fourteen years ago. They were early pioneers in this place, coming here from New York in 1855. She leaves four daughters; Mrs. Jno. Rice and Mrs. Jas. Fisher of Merrill; Mrs George Dambruch of Appleton; Mrs. Jno. Edwards of Junction City, Colo. Rev. Webster Miller officiated. Buried Cedar Lake cemetery.
