HEBRON----Zella Hall, 97, Hebron, died Feb. 4, at the Fort Atkinson Memorial Health Care Center. Born Dec. 16, 1801, in the town of Hebron, the daughter of Halsey and Rachel M. Hollinger Wintermute, she married Frank E. Hall. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Hall was a member of the Congregational Church-UCC, Whitewater. She retired in 1960 from the Walworth County Social Services. She was also a member of Circus Fans Association of America; Circus World Museum, Baraboo; Minnieska Chapter No. 149, Order of Eastern Star; American Legion Auxiliary to William Graham Post No. 173, Whitewater; Whitewater Historical Society, Bark River Woods Historical Society Hebron; Friendly Service Circle of the Congregational Church--UCC, Whitewater; Walworth County Republican Party and Florence Bassett Club, Whitewater Federation Women's Clubs. Survivors are a daughter, Bonnie J. Moody, Whitewater; a sister, Zetta Beetow, Elkhorn; two grandsons, Frank Moody, Fort Atkinson and Bradley Moody, Whitewater; five nephews and a niece. Her brother, Hallie Wintermute, died in November 1987. A memorial service will be held at 2 p. m. Wednesday in the Congregational Church--UCC, Whitewater, the Kendell Norstrom officiating. Burial of cremains will take place in Hebron Cemetery. Skindingsrude Funeral Home , Whitewater, is handling arrangements.
