I first located this cemetery back in the late 80s, early 1990s. It was an overgrown cemetery located on a farm. The cemetery had pretty much been abandoned and the owners had cows that used it as a cow path to the creek and other portions of the farm. This is the reason why many of the stones were broken and knocked over. It's my understanding that the cemetery became a project and has been cleaned up, stones repaired and replaced over their proper graves and I'm super thrilled to know that. I tried back in the 90s to get a movement toward repairing the cemetery but at the time the township did not have the money to do it. I'm just happy they found a way to get it done. I thank everyone who has been kind enough to take photos of the newly repaired/mounted stones. These are all my ancestors and I can't thank you enough for what you have done to fix this piece of my family history.

Phebe Wharton married Henry Clymer on December 1, 1799 in Quakertown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The 1800 Census shows them living in Greene, Greene County, Pennsylvania. In 1805 they moved from Bucks County, PA to Lebanon, Ohio and owned a produce company there. The 1820 Census shows they lived in Clear Creek, Warren County, Ohio and in 1835 they moved from Lebanon, Ohio to Miami County, Indiana. In 1840 Phebe was living in Jefferson, Miami County, Indiana and was 60 years old. Phebe died on October 15, 1856 at the age of 76.
