He was employed in the laundry department of Gracedale, Upper Nazareth Township, before retiring in 1998. Previously, he was an overhead crane operator for Taylor Wardon.
Born in Moore Township, he was a son of the late Edgar J. Sr. and Maude M. (Remaley) Bellis.
Survivors: Sons, Barry and Mark, both of Easton; daughter, Valeria M. of Nazareth; brothers, Harold V., with whom he resided, Edgar J. Jr. of Moore Township; sisters, Alberta Bartholomew of Moore Township, Clista Hartzell of Northampton, Beatrice Manning of Bethlehem.; six grandchildren.
