Duncan, William T, died at 6:30 o'clock p.m., Thursday, July 24, 1919, at the residence of his son-in-law C. W. Black, 1825 South Fourth street, of senility, at the age of 86 years, 10 months and 5 days. Surviving are one son, J. C. Duncan; two daughters, Miss Mary Duncan, and Mrs. J. C. Black; one stepson, R. G. Plunkett, and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be from the residence of his sister, Mrs. Black, 1825 South Fourth street. Rev. Lemon, chaplain of Stephenson Post officiating. The women of the W. G. C. will hold the flag service at the house at 1:15 o'clock. The ritual of the G. A. R. will be given at the grave by Stephenson post No. 30. Deceased was a member of Stephenson post, No. 30, G. A. R.
