ABRAHAM HAINS, 83, DIES AT BLOOMING GROVE LAST NIGHT

Funeral services for Abraham Hains, 83, who died at his home in Blooming Grove Thursday at midnight will be held at the home Sunday afternoon, 2 o'clock. Mr. Hains has been ill for the past few months. His death followed a severe stroke of paralysis suffered Tuesday.

Abraham Hains was born on a farm in Bedford-tp and the greater part of his life was spent in that township on a farm.

He married Nancy Maston, May 18, 1865. Eight children were born to the union. One daughter died in infancy.

His wife, seven children, seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one brother survive.

The children are Allen Hains, Pleasant Hill; William and Elwood, Blooming Grove; Mrs. Albert Nash, Mohawk; Luella, Laura and Charles of the home.

John Hains of Coshocton is the only surviving brother.

The following have been named as pall-bearers for the funeral, Simon Ashcraft, Nathan Shaw, J. B. Speaks, William Orr, Joseph Orr, and D. J. Campbell. Interment will be made in the Antioch cemetery near Blooming Grove.
