Mable Kell Long was born in 1883 in South Carolina to William Joseph Kell and Amander Porter Kell. ~ She married Wheeler Nimwood Long, a son of Harm Kelly Long and Elizabeth Woodall Long. ~ Mrs. N. W. Long Is Called To Reward

Mrs. N. W. Long, aged 44 years, died Monday night near eight o'clock, following a very sudden attack of Illness which developed Sunday at her home. She was removed to Benevolent hospital, but little hope was ever held for her recovery .

The remains were removed to the home of E. H. Hill, 9th St.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday morning at 10:30 o'clock a t Johnson's Chapel, Revs. Chas. H. Turner and W. D. Barnes, officiating. Interment will follow, Priest directing.

The deceased is survived by her husband, two sons, Arle and Benard; two daughters, Gussie and Margaret; five brothers, J. J. Kell, Hartselle route 2; A. J. Kell, Decatur; A. V., R. V. and E. P. Kell of Gadsden; one sister, Mrs. Lula Moore of Hartselle route 2.

The following are active pallbearers: E. P. Childs, J. E. Howell, P. C. Goforth, J. O. Richardson, F. S. Entrekin and W. S. Burgess.
