David W. Alber

David W. Alber, 64, 325 West 12th, retired Walnut township farmer, died at his home at 5:20 p.m. Saturday. He had been ill one year.

Mr. Alber was born in Walnut township and lived there all his life until he moved to Hutchinson in 1948. He was a member of the Assembly of God church.

Survivors are the widow, Cora, of the home; a daughter, Louella, also of the home; three sons, Gerald, Sterling; George, Riverton, Wyo., and Raymond, Lyons; four sisters, Mrs. Eli Miller and Mrs. Jess Miller, both of Dorchester, Neb., and Mrs. Josh Albright and Mrs. Clyde McGonigle, Beaver Crossing, Neb.; five brothers, John, Wichita; Charles and Roy, Pueblo, Colo.; Albert, Sioux City, Ia., and Willis, Plevna, and seven grandchildren.

The funeral will be a 3:30 p.m. Monday in the Assembly of God church with Rev. Ora R. Bray officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.
