RULE - Funeral for Mrs. Louvenia Hall Cannon, 91, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rule First Methodist Church, with the Rev. H. C. Adair, pastor, the Rev. Rodney Dowdy, pastor of First Baptist Church, and Doyle Maynard, Rule Church of Christ minister, officiating.
Burial in Rule Cemetery will be directed by Pinkard Funeral Home.
Mrs Cannon, Rule resident more than 50 years, died at 1:15 a.m. Friday at her home.
Born March 17, 1870, she married Thomas J. Cannon in Rockwall, Tex. They moved to Rule in 1908. Mr. Cannon died in 1953.
Surviving are two sons, Floy, of Rule and Lee of Fort Worth, four daughters, Mrs. Lena Sanders of Arlington, Mrs. Dean Lewis of Rule, Mrs. Sidna Griffin of Littlefield and Mrs. Ruth Finley of Lubbock; 22 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-granchildren.
Burial in Rule Cemetery will be directed by Pinkard Funeral Home.
