Tobe Burrows, 65, well known and long time resident of Wagoner, died Wednesday night, December 29, 1943, at his home. He had been in poor health for several years.
Funeral services for Burrows were held Friday afternoon in the First Methodist Church with the Rev. A. S. Cameron, pastor, officiating. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of the Hersman Funeral Home.
Masonic services were held at the grave site.
Besides his wife, Burrows is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ray Boatright, Tulsa, and Mrs. Bob Revis, and two sons, Otto, in the Army Air Corps stationed at Enid, Oklahoma and Ray, Houston, Texas. One brother, Whit Burrows, of Tulsa and Four grandchildren also survive.
