Proprietor Of East State Street Restaurant Was Widely Known Here
Bruno Giesebrecht, proprietor of the Stockton Restaurant, 236 East State Street, who suffered a heart attack in his establishment on Friday afternoon, died last night in his apartment, 238 East State Street. He was 56 years old.
Through his business, which he formerly conducted on North Stockton Street, Mr. Giesebrecht was well known to hundreds of persons here. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Bertha Giesebrecht; a daughter, Mrs. George Wedel, of Germany; a son, Gerhart Giesenbrecht, of Trenton, and a sister, Alice, of Germany.
The funeral is to be held from the Hartmann Funeral Home, 539 Centre Street, at a time to be announced.

Last rites for Bruno Giesebrecht, husband of Mrs. Bertha Giesebrecht and well known proprietor of the Stockton Restaurant, who died Saturday night, will be held at the John A. Hartmann Funeral Home, 539 Centre Street, on Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock.
Services will be conducted by the Rev. John Matthieson, of Trinity Lutheran Church. Interment is to be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Giesebrecht was 56 years old and besides his widow is survived by a daughter, Mrs. George Wedel, of Germany; a son, Gerhart, of Trenton; and a sister, Alice, of Germany. He succumbed in his apartment at 238 East State Street, from the effects of a heart attack suffered in his restaurant at 236 East State Street on Friday.
