Paul Marcinek, of 28 Hicks Street, died last evening at the Meriden Hospital following a long illness. A native of Poland, he had lived in Meriden for 53 years and was a retired factory worker.
He was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church and a member of the B. and M. Society of that church.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Mary Marcinek, he leaves seven daughters: Miss Madeline Marcinek, Mrs. Joseph B. Peregrin, Mrs. Norman W. Parks, Mrs. Constanty S. DeCinko, all of this city, Mrs. Roy F. Kearns, of Wallingford, Mrs. William M. Walsh, of Bridgeport, and Mrs. Francis H. Delaney, of Stamford; one sister, Mrs. Mary Durkoske, of Jaffre, Pa., 14 grandchildren; one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning from the Stempien Funeral Home, 450 Broad Street, and in St. Stanislaus Church. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
