John Cogdal Dead
John Cogdal, who was caught yesterday between two thresher engines, died at 12 o'clock last night at Pilcher's hospital.
The community is shocked by this sudden calamity to one of its oldest and most respected citizens. He was for some time engaged in the practice of law with S.A. Smith, but for the past three or for years he has been traveling for a harvester company.
He leaves a wife and one son. His father recently went to Illinois on an extended visit. No definite arrangements have been made for the funeral.
