A native and resident of Mobile died on Thursday April 13, 2000 in a local hospital. Mrs. Foster was a member of Government Street Baptist Church and was an employee of The Westward Group. She is survived by her loving husband, Floyd D. Foster of Mobile, two children, John R. Foster of Cayman Islands, Karon "Midge" (Joe) Walvis of Mobile, One sister, June Reed Smith of Mobile, Eight Grandchildren, two greatgrandchildren, 11 neices and nephews. Visitation will be held from the funeral home on Sunday April 16, 2000 from 5-8pm. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney-Belmany Funeral Home on Monday April 17, 2000 at 10:00am.
