FAIRHOPE - Cecial Jernigan, a resident of Fairhope and a native of Pollard, died Friday, Jan. 12, 2001,at a local nursing home. He was 87. Jernigan was a custodian for the Baldwin County Board of Education in the Fairhope area and an active member of Greenwood Bible Deliverance Church. Survivors include her daughter, Diane Hurd of Irvington; two sons, Eric Jernigan of Fairhope and Michael Jernigan of South Haven, Miss.; one brother, Hilary Jernigan of Marlow; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Greenwood Bible Deliverance Church, with visitation to be held at 10 a.m. prior to the services. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery. The family suggests contributions be made to Greenwood Bible Deliverance Church in Summerdale. Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home in Robertsdale.
