Graveside services for Dorothy (Dot) Cole Moore, 73, of Athens, will be Thursday at 4:30 p.m. at the Athens City Cemetery with McConnell Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Moore died Tuesday at the Athens-Limestone Hospital. She was born in Limestone County, AL.
She was a member of the First Christian Church of Athens and was a registered nurse retired from the Athens-Limestone Hospital after 30 years. She was a 1947 graduate of the Nashville General School of Nursing.
She is survived by one son, Barry Moore of Elkmont; two brothers, Robert Cole of Ashville and Paul Cole of Athens; and one grandchild.
