Mrs. Evelyn Cole Barbour, 82, Athens, died Saturday at the Limestone Health Facility in Athens.


A graveside service will be today at 4 p.m. at the Athens City Cemetery with Jack Baldwin officiating and McConnell Funeral Home directing.


Survivors include a daughter, Dot Moore of Athens; two sons, Robert Cole of Ashville, AL, and Paul Cole of Athens; two sisters, Bessie Miles and Alma Fudge, both of Decatur; a half-brother, Lewis Hargraves of Santa Rosa, CA; eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
