Agnes was the daughter of John J. and Julia G. (Donahue) Daley. She was christened at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Harrison, NJ, on 31 May 1904. Her Godparents were Peter Kearns and Agnes Donahue (her mother's younger sister). She died, in 1911, at St. Mary's Orphan Asylum, Newark, NJ, a month before her 7th birthday. She is buried in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery with her grandparents, Thomas and Annie Donahue.
