She was born Nov 28 1896 in Alabama was the daugther of the late John and Annie Evans Dudley.
Mrs. Lindsey was of the Church of God faith and was preceded in death by her husband, Joe G. Lindsey Sr. and a son L.D. Lindsey.
She is survived by two daugthers, Pauline Morgan and Mary Magdaline Ramey, both of La Fayatte; two sons, Joe Lindsey Jr. and Howard Lindsey both of La Fayette; 19 grandsons, 12 grandaugthers, 65 great grandchildren,13 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Friday at 2 p.m. in La Fayette chapel of Lane Funeralhome with the Rev. David Thompson, Charles Weaver and Steve Stanfield officiating.
Burial was in La Fayette Cemetery.
Grandson severed as Pallbearers.
