Pandy was the runt of the litter of a stray cat. The Mamma cat had her kittens in the bed of my Mom's truck. I worried about them when there was a tornado warning for our area. So naturally I brought in all the kittens. ;) We gave 2 kittens back to the Mamma who kept meowing for them. We kept the other 3 because of an eye infection they had. They were about 2 weeks old. Pandy being so small & weak meant I had to force feed her around the clock. She became very attached to me. She didn't like anyone but me in fact. She would lay in my arms like a baby. Pandy would also bite me & purr when she slept. I was training her to bite the blanket instead, she didn't really catch on to the idea. Had to bite her Mamma. I would do a little dance for her & say "Ms. Pandy-Pandy Sweet as Candy". She would run up to me & roll over on her back waiting for me to pet her. She was full of spirit & kept me busy giving her devoted attention. Losing her at only 2 1/2 years old broke my heart. I miss my baby so much. I love you "Miss Pandy".

Pandy's brother, Tigger (my Mom's son), passed away in 2010 in Denton, TX. And her half-brother, Angel, was sadly taken to a Humane's Society without my consent. I had what I thought was a trusted friend taking care of him while I was getting established with my return to TX. He was in Ogden, UT. It wasn't til 2 weeks AFTER he was placed there that she told me. I was unable to get my baby by that point nor would the Humane Society release any information on weather or not he was adopted out or put down. Tigger & Angel were gone within a month apart from each other. Tigger was 14 yrs old. Angel was 10 1/2. Both brothers were SO MUCH alike yet couldn't stand each other. However, they got along with everyone else. Angel even liked kids. AND Ms. Pandy... well, she just didn't like ANYONE but me. lol. Each of them were characters. Pandy was a short furred muted calico. Tigger was a long furred yellow & white tabby with a lions mane. Angel was a long-furred black & white spotted Maine Coon with a lions mane as well. The black on top of Angels head was shaped like a butterfly.
