Jan. 31, 1871 in Sebewaing, MI Sophia (Christian's sister) age 23 married Jacob Kundinger age 41. He was born in Germany and his occupation is listed as Miller.

He went to Canada first.

According to his obituary, he settled on a tract of wilderness where he developed into a good farm (80 acres). The year was 1876.
