Revolutionary War Soldier. His grave was unmarked but the spot was identified by Mrs. Mason Marshall. Fulk was a Private in the Virginia State Troops. He was with Arnold at the taking of Ticonderoga and was said to be with General Montgomery at St. John's, Montreal and Quebec. He later owned a house in Shepherdstown, WV. He received a pension until his death in 1838.
