Henry C. Adelman [sic], 68, of 2417 Holmes Ave., a retired carpenter, died at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Hospital, following an illness of two months.

He was born in Springfield, the son of Gabriel and Caroline Boehle Adelman [sic].

Mr. Adelman [sic] was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church and the Western Catholic Union Branch 2.

Survivors include his widow, Pauline; one daughter, Mrs. Claire Withey of Dolton; one son, Robert F. of Springfield; one sister, Mrs. Frances Bramlet, and one brother, John, both of Springfield; seven grandchildren.

Remains are at the Staab Funeral Home.

Services were at Blessed Sacrament Church. Rt. Rev. Msgr. Aloysius Schwarz officiating.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
