Irene married Frank Steed Luther in Jan. 9 1889, TN. She played the piano, as did her daughter Frank. After her husband's death, when her son Oliver was stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso, the entire family moved to El Paso, TX prior to the 1920 census. Irene was especially proud of her only two grandsons, Oliver and Frank.
