Henry7 Crocheron was born on Staten Island, NY, son of Jacob6 and Mary (Oakley) Crocheron. He was a descendant of Jean1 Crocheron of Staten Island thru Jacob6, Henry5, Henry4, John 3, John2 and Jean1. He married Mary Ann Tipple in Bastrop. She was b.25 Aug. 1816 in Suffolk, England and d. 8 Aug. 1888. They adopted two children, Mary, b. 1843, m. William McDowell of London, England and Ruth who m. William House.
