Lady was about the cutest dog you could ever see.
She was so soft...she felt like a bunny.
She would come in to visit us at our job, at Speedco Truck Lube in Seville, Ohio.
We couldn't wait to see her.
Often times we would comment after they left..."Poor Doyle...we fuss so much over Lady...I don't think we even said Hi or Bye to him".
With each of us...she had her little games...for me...it was to run around the oil shelves and play "hide & seek"....then when we tired...she would come lay down and want to be petted.
She was 14 yrs old....and Doyle was a wonderful daddy. When they didn't come in...one of us would call and make sure they were ok....
One day...we got the call that none of us ever wanted to hear. I knew right away...Doyle had bad news.
Our hearts were broken...Jen & I had recently lost our pets of 8 yrs or so....and we knew what Doyle and his wonderful wife must be going thru.
She wasn't just a dog to them, she really was a friend.....
Will this little bundle of energy ever be forgotten.....NO WAY....we have a picture of her at the shop....I have one on my computer at home and so does Jen....she will be with us as long as there is a memory of her....and then beyond.
We hope she is playing near the Rainbow Bridge...with Botaven and Dolphie ....keeping them in line...and all waiting for their mommy's and daddy to come pick them up.
We know Doyle's new addition to the family will never replace Lady....but like us, our new "babies" help us get over the hurt and loss of our faithful and loving "friends".

Please: Click on Bo's and Dolphi's names to pay them a visit too! On earth...their owners are friends, and we hope in heaven they are as well.
